What Patients Are Saying

"Very caring and pleasant staff. It was a pleasure bringing my grandson in for his dental work. He was very pleased with the repair of his front tooth. He said it changed his life by giving him more confidence while talking to people and matured his demeanor."

Rick I.

"I switched to premier when I started attending school in k falls. Have always been treated amazing and had personable, friendly and honest hygienists. Never had any trouble with billing or scheduling either. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to care for your teeth."

Why Dental Implants?

Replace Missing Teeth

Implants provide you with a natural-looking and functional alternative to dentures or
bridges.

Jawbone Strength

When one of your teeth falls out, the surrounding jawbone weakens. Adding an implant counteracts this process.

Chewing Strength

Implants allow you to chew and bite more naturally than you would be able to with removable dentures.

Improve Aesthetics

Implants are designed to look like the best version of your natural teeth. Get the smile you’ve always wanted!

  • A comprehensive solution for individuals who have lost most or all of their teeth in one or both dental arches (upper or lower)

  • Involves the surgical placement of multiple dental implants strategically positioned along the jawbone

  • Leads to improved chewing ability, speech clarity, and smile aesthetics.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the dental implant placement procedure painful?

The dental implant placement procedure is generally well-tolerated and performed under local anesthesia, minimizing pain during the process. Post-operative discomfort can be managed with prescribed pain medications and typically subsides within a few days.

Do implants require special care?

Dental implants require routine oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and regular dental check-ups, similar to natural teeth. It is important to maintain good oral hygiene to prevent peri-implant diseases and ensure the longevity of the implant. Additionally, avoiding hard foods and smoking can help protect the implant.

What is the cost of dental implants?

The cost of dental implants can vary widely depending on factors such as the number of implants needed, and the complexity of the case. Our office offers financing options to help make this important investment in your oral health more affordable.

Are implants appropriate for people of all ages?

Dental implants are suitable for most adults who have fully developed jawbones, typically around the age of 18 and older. However, individual health conditions, bone density, and overall oral health are critical factors in determining candidacy. A thorough evaluation by a dental professional is necessary to determine if implants are the best option for each patient.
